I had a good stay at the Hilton Promenade Branson Landing, thanks to the convenient location near shopping and dining. My check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. However, I faced a couple of issues, such as the difficulty with my room door and the lack of in-room service options, which impacted my overall experience.
Rooms
8.0
The room was spacious with comfortable bedding and a large countertop. However, I struggled with a stuck door that was very difficult to open, requiring a lot of effort every time. Also, the thermostat had issues initially but was controllable after maintenance assistance.
Service
9.0
The hotel staff were excellent and responsive to my needs, particularly during check-in and when addressing room maintenance issues. They were friendly and made my experience more pleasant.
Location
10.0
The location is perfect, close to numerous shops and restaurants without needing a car. Being right by the landing allows for easy access to entertainment.
Dining
6.0
In-room dining had limited options with only a small window for dinner service. I found the food quality good, but there were few choices, which was disappointing.
Facilities
7.0
While the hotel provided valet parking and self-parking options, I felt service could improve, especially with housekeeping not servicing the rooms. It would have been nice to have more basic supplies readily available.

While my room was spacious and comfortable, I did face some inconveniences with the amenities and room maintenance that were slightly disappointing.

The staff was generally friendly and responsive when I reached out for assistance. Still, I found the initial service during check-in and room service to be slow and lacking.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location is fantastic, with immediate access to Branson Landing for shopping and dining. This convenience was definitely a highlight of my stay.
Dining
5.0
Dining options at the hotel were average at best, and I was surprised by the additional cost for the full hot breakfast, which felt inconsistent with the overall experience.

I enjoyed my stay at Hilton Promenade Branson Landing overall, thanks to its prime location and spacious accommodations. However, the somewhat inconvenient access to the South Tower and some room maintenance issues left me wishing for a bit more. The hotel has a lovely ambiance, but it could definitely benefit from updates to certain facilities.
Rooms

I stayed in a condo room that was spacious and had a full kitchen, but some parts of the room felt dated and needed maintenance. While the bed was comfortable, I noticed issues like damaged furniture and carpets that could pose trip hazards.
Service
7.0
The service was generally friendly and courteous, with staff quickly addressing issues like the air conditioning. However, there were some lapses in maintaining high service standards, particularly when reception staff failed to offer assistance with my room change.
Location
9.0
The location is fantastic, right on the Branson Landing and close to shops and restaurants. I loved being within walking distance to many attractions, which made it easy to explore without needing to drive.
Dining
5.0
Dining required a walk to another building across the street for breakfast, which wasn't ideal. Having to venture outside in less-than-ideal weather for meals was inconvenient.
Facilities
6.0
While the hotel offers great facilities, like spacious rooms and conveniences like a washer and dryer, some amenities were lacking, like the broken ice machine and housekeeping inconsistencies.
